Loveholidays needed an outreach piece that was timely, relevant and newsworthy, with the ultimate aim to achieve brand awareness and build up backlinks to improve crucial SEO value for the Loveholidays domain.
Despite endless media coverage of the Hollywood stars and nominees, nobody had focused on the incredible, and sometimes surprising, filming locations around the world. We knew there was a very limited window to get something produced and out to the press while the BAFTAs were still a popular topic, so we had to act fast.
Our outreach and design teams worked closely together to gather data on the filming locations for each of the films that had achieved a nomination and map it out with a simple yet effective infographic. As soon as the team were happy with the final asset, the PR team pitched it to multiple publications across a 24 hour period.
