The Challenges

An established New Zealand based children footwear brand was struggling to achieve sales growth and establishment with conservative marketing budgets within the highly competitive UK and US retail markets.

The Solution

Our strategy behind this was to implement Google shopping campaigns, create and optimise search campaigns and to accelerate the paid channels through promotional periods in order to meet the wider business targets.

Initial priorities were to launch the UK search campaigns in order to start implementing brand awareness and building quality score within the Google ads account. We then focused on building a highly optimised product feed, enabling us to launch Google Shopping campaigns.

Once completed, we repeated this process for the US market where we are still providing feed optimisation recommendations on a weekly basis, this allows us to continuously optimise through cost savings, increasing conversion rates and ensuring we’re holding relevancy through seasonal peaks.

The Results

We have worked closely with the internal Bobux team to ensure that we are optimising all online and offline promotional activity through the paid search strategy. Our highly responsive trading approach has lead to an increase in sales volume and a reduction in CPA.
