We are always on the lookout for world-class freelance UX designers, who can work with us as an extension of our core teams in Brighton and Soho.

If you have a good knowledge of CRO, UX and UI, and are an enthusiastic, hardworking and confident communicator with 3-4 years’ UX design experience then we’d love to speak to you. If you have a portfolio of projects that include your approach to auditing and testing interfaces, web/mobile applications, we’d love to see it.

Our client portfolio comprises a number of entrepreneurial businesses and high growth brands executing ground-breaking campaigns across all marketing channels. So if you are well-versed in digesting a creative brief and jumping feet first into a new brand, you consistently deliver on time and always to exceptional quality, we want to hear from you.

What cuts our mustard?

  • Exceptional creative flair and passion for beautiful interface design.
  • An original and innovative mind, always searching for a better way to communicate, inspire and delight.

  • Ability to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Ability to develop UI mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites look and function.
  • Confident working in Figma, XD and prototyping tools (Miro, Invision etc.)

  • Keen interest and knowledge of UX principles and UI advancements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, work at pace and to tight deadlines.

What’s in it for you?

In return for your experience, creativity and incredible mind, you can expect:

  • To work alongside industry experts at the forefront of brand, marketing and technology.
  • Be part of an amazing, sociable and supportive team with far too frequent socials.
  • Work with entrepreneurial brands on innovative, ground-breaking campaigns and projects.
  • The option to work from our offices in Brighton’s Laines and eclectic Soho.
